Welcoming guests both new and old to enjoy the 2023 season with us!
Currently, we do not have any dedicated parking spaces. The parking lot behind the building is solely for the use of the condos above the storefront and cannot be used at any time (you assume all risk if you attempt to park in this lot). There are several metered spots (can use coins or Park Mobile app) surrounding the building, as well as non-metered spots across the street on Davis & Montgomery Avenues. We are currently working to secure dedicated spots and will update as that happens.
Yes. You will receive your own private locked office (with an assigned code) and you are welcome to leave items during your time here (day pass) to run out to grab lunch or other items. Management will not accept responsibility for the loss or damage to any personal belongings left unattended on the premises.
There are several wonderful restaurants in the area. We are happy to point you in a direction, just tell us what you are in the mood for!
During your time with us you have access to the common sitting area, complimentary water/coffee/snacks, high-speed secure internet, a private locked office and a restroom. We do ask that you respect the space and leave it in the condition in which you found it upon your arrival so we can make it pleasurable for all guests who spend time with us.
This space will be open year round, and will not have a dedicated receptionist. In the event that you would like to make a reservation and we are not here - you will be given access via a coded door and then you are able to come in and use a private office for the day. You can always get in touch with someone if questions arise.
We currently accept venmo and paypal. As we add additional providers we will update.
If you must cancel, please do so within 24 hours. No shows, last minute or frequent cancellations will be fully charged.
